Anyhow, moving right along. Let's build this new child. If the template wasn't straight-forward enough or you have questions about parts of it, look no further! The Box Right so we have this little box at the top. There are some you may need help with. We'll cover that. Class Character class information can be found here. Take a look and choose something - granted that the class is available. Some need staff approval or have other prerequisites. Gender What kind of danglies does your character have? Or, if they're trans, let us know about that too. We like to know what we're about to fondle. Age/DoB Age and Date of Birth should match up. Please recall that KoW is set in 1923 so plan accordingly. Nationality Country information can be found on the main page towards the bottom. Pick one of those. If you want more info on each country's military, take a peak at the Factions Page. Sexuality Not like it would stop the shipping, but let us know which way your character swings. Do they like males/females/everything/nothing? Occupation What does your character do for a living? Make sure it fits in with your character class. Also, recall the time period. There aren't going to be Verizon Salesmen in 1923. Shit didn't exist. Alignment Alright so this is not something that I, K-Stri know a lot about. If you need help, contact Jay, the main admin. ~ There's also a test that you can take at this link to see where your character stands. Perks These are determined by staff most of the time. You get your starter perk based on whatever class you choose, as well as one perk chosen by yourself. All other perks must be bought and will then be determined by staff members. You put in lots of swag, you get a hella swaggy perk. That's simple enough.Appearance We don't want 500 pictures, it's not necessary and most of us staff members have shitty computers with shitty internet. If you break our computers, you better believe we'll have you revise that crap. If you don't have any images of your character, you must provide a description. We haven't made a word limit on this, but it needs to be sufficient. Personality Is your character a sweetie pie or are they a straight up asshole? This little table is where you fill in the positives and negatives of your character. You can also write it in paragraph form if you'd like to go further into detail. History We're not going to force you to write a history, as you'll be doing that in a way as you role play here. Canon characters are required to write one, though. Trivia Anything else that you want to say about your character can be added here. For example "John Doe is color blind" or "Jane Doe has OCD" Armor/Weapons We don't always use protection here on KoW, but when we do we refer to This Thread for more information. Also useful for looking at weapons if you wanna shank a bitch. Inventory Is it a weapon? No. Is it armor? No. Then put it here. Anything goes really. Does John Doe carry around a sack of cat testicles? That's pretty stupid of John, but we won't really question it. Spells/Enchantments You ain't gotta come and confess, we lookin' for you. We gon' find you. You wanna go set the place on fire or build a stupid ice castle? Go ahead, but your ass gon' get arrested. Look here if you're not afraid of the PoPo. Pets/NPCs Check out this place for pet into. NPC info look over here. FaceClaim Delete the FC code that you will not be using and fill in the other one. "Series" should be replaced with the fandom from which your FC is from. Character name is the character from said fandom, not your character's name. After that, plug into the "@username" section the username for your character. This will provide a link with your character's name and make things very simple for us staff. |
