An interesting little town, to the far Northeast of Rayacre, Mirulin isn't too big, but for what it likes in size, it maintains a fairly unique collection of old tomes and scrolls in its library, itself a part of the museum of national treasures and relics. There's something oddly mystical about the town itself, however...
