Character Class Info |
[ Crowns of Gold ] : All Royal characters are granted an additional 3000 Swag to spend during character creation, as well as the ability to legally use discreet magic. World leaders are exceptional, and have unlimited Swag to work with, at creation; the funds of their nation power them. Generals - Generals are characters that lead their nation's army. Any actions taken by the army are planned out by generals. [ Military Might : Land ] : With such power, a General clearly holds much in his hands. As such, Generals receive an office at their nation's Armor Base, or Barracks, if an Armor Base is not available. Generals are a limited starting class, so few may start as Generals (One or two per nation, realistically) but Soldiers may become Generals. Bonus 1500 starting Swag. Admirals - Admirals control the naval fleet within the country. They control the border within the water and handle any attack/defense maneuvers towards enemy ships. [ Military Might : Sea ] : Carrying with him an impressive fleet of ships, the Admiral has a lot to manage at once. As such, Admirals receive an office at their nation's Harbor or Barracks, if a Harbor is not present. Admirals are a limited starting class, so few may start as Admirals (One or two per nation, realistically) but Soldiers may become Admirals. Bonus 1500 starting Swag. Squad Leaders - Squadron leaders are the go-to people for the air fleet of a nation. They lead and control all actions done in the sky. [ Military Might : Sky ] : Bearing the responsibility of directing highly advanced flying machines through the air, the Squadron Leader's job is not an easy one. As such, Squadron Leaders receive an office at their nation's Hangar, or Barracks, if no Hangar is available. Squad Leaders are a limited starting class, so few may start as Squad Leaders (One or two per nation, realistically) but Soldiers may become Squad Leaders. Bonus 1500 starting Swag.. Ambassadors - Representatives of the country. They are the highest ranking diplomats and are pretty important when it comes to meetings and country affairs and whatnot. [ Diplomatic Immunity ] : With such prestigious titles as diplomats, Ambassadors have quite a few nice job perks. Among these is the guarantee that opposing nations, bar only times of intense combat, can't lay a finger on them. As well, Ambassadors receive a lofty bonus of a free Vehicle. Knights - These soldiers akin to the national guard of their country, or an elite strikeforce. Basically, they're like soldiers but better. * They can have mounts, but it's not quite necessary. [ With Sword and Shield ] : With such prestigious titles as knights, our good Sirs and Dames have quite a few nice job perks. Among these is a free two-handed weapon, up to Advanced tier, or two One-Handed weapons, of Standard tier or lower. As well, Knights receive a lofty bonus of a free Mount or Vehicle. Spies - Spies are those that secretly gather information about another country. Whether it battle plans, activities, or other bits and pieces of info. [ Now You See Me... ] : You never know if a spy could be hiding in the shadows, right behind you, do you? Of course not; Spies are all gifted with the ability to remain undetected unless there is no way for them to do so, should they desire; all Spies start with a free spell that aids in their work. As well, Spies receive a lofty bonus of two free Body Mods. Soldiers - Soldiers are fighters of the army, and a fairly versatile bunch, since they can work for any branch of the military, except for the Knights and Spies. [ No Fortunate Sons ] : Any country worth the sands of its soil deserves an army to defend said soil from those who would harm it! Soldiers are able to do so, with teamwork; a soldier's weapon and armor conditions are boosted by the amount of allied soldiers in a thread, up to one rank per weapon/armor-piece (Each soldier boosts one piece of equipment). As well, Soldiers receive a bonus 1,000 starting Swag. Nobility - Nobles are those of higher standing in the social class and possess more privileges over most other social classes. [ Silver Spoons ] : Ahh, the lush and glamorous life of the Nobility. Nobles are able to use magic, much as Royals are, and obviously have tons of money. As such, Nobles receive 3,000 additional Swag to start with. Working Class - The working class is a class that works. Duh. But no, seriously. These characters are what we call the middle class. They don't have a lot of money, but they aren't exactly poor either. [ Lennon's Heroes ] : Ahh, the dreary and monotonous life of the Working Class. Well, it could be worse; it's true that this class doesn't start with any particular bonuses, but there are also no apparent faults with it. It is simply mundane. As such, Working Classmen receive no bonus abilities, or any extra starting Swag. They do, however, get a job, so that's better than these next saps. Peasantry - It's a wonder peasants can get by at all. They have just enough necessities to get by. There is no room for comfort and luxuries. [ Plastic Spoons ] : Ahh, the hard and impoverished life of the Peasantry. Beaten down by nearly every other class, the Peasantry have things pretty rough. As such, Peasants receive only half of the basic 5,000 starting swag. However, they may have one free perk, player-written. Gladiators - Gladiators are those on death row, mostly. A few of them get themselves into such situations intentionally with the purpose of breaking out of poverty. They don't have very great lives. [ Beats Dying ] : Gladiators seem so engaged and mighty in the arena; as if this was what they'd always wanted to do. However, it is not a job for anyone; to be a gladiator, it's basically a given that you can handle the threat of death. As such, all Gladiators can survive dying twice. Third time will kill them, but Gladiators can survive a fatal wound, within reason, twice, in death-enabled threads and missions. They can also legally use explicit magic, but only in the Colosseum. As well, Gladiators receive a free One-Handed Shield. Outlaws - These bad boy (or girl) outlaws do what they want, when they want. They commit crimes and steal on occasion, or they could just be rebels in a world that doesn't sit right with them. [ Blaze of Glory ] : Outlaws have a special knack for outfoxing all but the most cunning lawmen. When it comes to defying the law, the Outlaw is the champ, and they have quite a few skills that allow them to do so, such as natural skill when dual-wielding. As well, Outlaws receive a free Pet. |
