So you wanna take over a city? Hehe good luck, fukboi. Quite seriously, though, conquests are not easy tasks. Not only must you be pretty STRONK, but you're going to enter a site-wide plot event if you try to take over a city. Oh yeah, you might get killed. So keep that in mind when you run at the gates of a city while wildly waving around a cane. If you still, for whatever reason, wish to capture a city for your own, it's a good idea to round up a group of people that want to fight with you. These conquests are basically a series of user-led missions that consist of PCs and various NPCs that fight against staff-run NPCs. Here's a friendly example as explained by Jay! So say like, Kale and Callie go out and try to take over Rayacre. They'd have like, themselves and like, three named NPCs. And Rayacre would have pretty much all of the PCs from Rayacre, everyone's NPCs, and also like, ten named NPC bosses. And both have hordes of NPCs nobody cares about. Also, the defending side will usually have any PCs who would defend that territory there too. ~* Note! *~ Staff approval is necessary for creating conquests! Fill out the template below and PM it to a staff member. It will then be reviewed and we will get back to you on it. Remember, though, before attempting a conquest that these are large events and are not for everyone. Your character as well as any followers could very well die during the attempted siege. Plan wisely. Fill this out and PM staff Offensive Party: Defending Party: Location: Terrain: Notes: |
